Make Big Time Extra Money From Other People's Garage And Yard Sales

I have touched on this way to make extra money in another article, but this time I want to be very specific and detailed about this fantastic money making method because justice can only be done by giving it a complete article to itself. Also, it is something dear to me because I still do it to this very day as a way to pick up some quick needed extra cash from time to time.

I told you before how I used to get free valuable stuff to sell at my own garage and yard sales by grabbing other people's property when the sherriff set it on the sidewalk after the people got evicted while they were at work. I thought this was the best way to make the most money at garage and yard sales because all the stuff I was selling didn't cost me anything. After all, when you have no money tied up in your inventory, it's seriously all profit isn't it? Well in a way it is, but I'm about to introduce you to an even more profitable way of making money at garage and yard sales... and the kicker is, you don't have to have them yourself!

Now I go to other people's garage and yard sales and get stuff for pennies on the dollar and make a small fortune selling it on ebay, craigslist, and swico. Stuff that's fairly easy to mail or ship, I put it up on ebay. Stuff that is large, heavy, or bulky, I sell it locally on craigslist or on swico. One time I bought a certain riding lawnmower on Craigslist for $75, relisted it for $350.00, and sold it for $300.00 without even leaving home. The person who bought it was happy to go pick it up from the people I had bought it from.

I know you probably already know about ebay and craigslist, but swico is another local auction site located here in Texas. They have online and offline auctions in south east Texas, and they handle everything from individual property, to large estates, counties, and cities listings. Check it out if you like at swico dot com and see what I mean. I have bought stuff off swico that was listed by a county like when one of the libraries auction off all their old books for pennies on the dollar and I pick through them and sell them online for big time dollars. You can find many valuable old books going through the hundreds of old books auctioned off for $52, and find books in the boxes that sell for up to $300 each to collectors. Another place to get stuff real cheap at for pennies on the dollar that you can resell for a small fortune is at storage auctions, especially those located around military bases. But I'm going to save those two ways of making big time extra money as individual money making articles in their own right later on down the line.

Right now I want to stick with buying other people's stuff at garage and yard sales for pennies on the dollar and reselling it for a small fortune. Okay, you with me here? Great, let's move on. My big time money making days with garage and yard sale stuff came about when I discovered an almost secret document titled "Garage Sale Strategies". I was completely blown away by the information I found in that document and it's only available online... if you know where to find it at. But don't worry, you know I'm not going to leave you hanging and I'll reveal the little known source to you.

But for now, let me tell you what you'll find in this almost secret document that is going to make you a small fortune when you act upon the information it contains. Four years ago, I ran across this cheap ebook being sold online, and bought it. On page 8, it tells me the exact titles of books I see at garage and yard sales to buy for a buck or two each that I can sell for as much as $250.00. On page 11, it tells me which CDs and cassettes that I see at other people’s garage and yard sales selling for fifty cents or a buck that I can sell for as much as $40.00. From page 12 to 15, it tells me which items of clothing and accessories to pick up for as little as fifty cents that I can sell for big bucks. On the rest of the pages, it goes on to tell me which craft items to buy, electronic equipment, kitchenware, magazines, household stuff, photo equipment, sporting equipment, musical instruments, toys, and other miscellaneous stuff I can pick up for as little as ten cents each and make a small fortune selling it every week.

What I did was print out the pages of stuff to buy and have it with me at every garage or yard sale I go to so I know what to buy and how much I can sell it for... even before I pay a dime for it. That cheap ebook is making me and others who have bought and using it a small easy fortune every week. Oh, before I forget, I need to mention that you’re going to need a free ebay account where you will sell most of the smaller and easy to mail items.

Okay, I've given you enough to get started with making some big time extra money from other people's garage and yard sales, so are you ready to start making some of it for yourself? If so, great. Look over there in the right columne in the "Referred Money Makers" section and click on "Garage Sale Strategies", and pick up this almost secret low csot document for yourself and take action before any of your neighbors cath on and beat you to it.
